In Accordance with the Internal Revenue Service guidelines, Asia’s Hope maintains discretion and control over the use of all donated funds. All donations are generally non-refundable. In practice, Asia’s Hope honors the donor’s request for any of our pre-approved programs and projects whenever possible. In rare cases when that is not possible, gifts will be used on other initiatives where needed most. All gifts will be used to further the organization’s general charitable purposes.
