Kalimpong 3 -- Mega Photo Update for May/June

The kids and staff of Kalimpong 3 are awesome! These kids, and the other children of Asia's Hope India, welcomed Executive Director, John McCollum, his family, and other visitors, to Kalimpong with a morning (and afternoon) of dances and music. During our time with the kids we also enjoyed gatherings and special meals, and of course, plenty of play time (including football, of course). Many of the children also participated in one of the many videos that the Asia's Hope staff have been producing during our trip.

Kalimpong 2 -- Mega Photo Update for May/June

The kids of Kalimpong 2, and the other children of Asia's Hope India, welcomed Executive Director, John McCollum, his family, and other visitors, to Kalimpong with a morning (and afternoon) of dances and music. Everyone also enjoyed gatherings and special meals, and of course, plenty of play time (football, of course). Many of the children also played a role in one of the many videos that the Asia's Hope staff have been producing during their trip.

Kalimpong 1 -- May/June Mega Photo Update

The kids of Kalimpong 1, along with the other children of Asia's Hope India, welcomed Executive Director, John McCollum, his family, and other visitors, to Kalimpong with a morning (and afternoon) of dances and music. The kids, the staff, and their visitors also enjoyed gatherings and special meals, and of course, plenty of play time. Many of the children also played a starring role in one of the many videos that the Asia's Hope staff have been producing during their trip. Kalimpong 3 -- March/April Update

March and April were busy months for the kids of Kalimpong 3 -- there were special Easter celebrations and meals, and even the arrival of new toys and gifts purchased with funds raised by our partners at Lake Forest Church.

Our National Director, Nandu Gurung, also included some of the older children from the other homes in outreaches, church services, and baptisms in the surrounding villages.

As you keep the children in your thoughts and prayers this month, please pray for political peace and stability as India completes it's national elections. Also pray for one of the children of the Kalimpong 1 children's home who is receiving testing and specialized treatment for fainting spells. We are awaiting word on a diagnosis from her specialist in Siliguri. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Kalimpong 1 -- March/April Update

Throughout March and April, the kids of Kalimpong 1 enjoyed Easter celebrations, baptisms, and even a special trip to a local flower show.

Our National Director, Nandu Gurung, also included some of the older children from the Kalimpong homes in outreaches, church services, and baptisms in the surrounding mountain villages.

Please keep one of the children, Rebecca in your prayers. She has been having fainting spells and has recently received testing from a specialist in Siliguri. She has been placed on meds and is feeling much better, but we are still awaiting word from the Doctor regarding her diagnosis.

Kalimpong 2 -- March/April Update

Kalimpong 3 -- February Update

The months following the Christmas holiday have been busy for the kids of Kalimpong 3. In addition to returning to school, the kids were treated to a fancy meal at a local hotel, and, along with the other children and staff of Asia's Hope India, they enjoyed some fun times at a local water park.

Kalimpong 1 -- February Update

The kids of Kalimpong 1 are getting back into their usual routine after the busy Christmas holiday. It's not all school and studying, however, the kids also enjoyed a special trip to a local water park with rest of the children and staff of Asia's Hope India!

Kalimpong 2 -- February Update

The kids of Kalimpong 2 joined the other children of Asia's Hope India on special field trips--over the weekend, the kids even enjoyed a reprieve from their usual routine, taking a trip to a local water park.
