March and April were full of special celebrations and meals surrounding the Easter holiday, as well as grade level graduations for many of the children. Also, a small group of 13 children from some of the other homes also had the opportunity to perform throughout Korea in a choir tour of seven churches. The kids of Wiang Pa Pow enjoyed special Easter celebrations during the month of April. And toward the end of the month, 6 talented children from the Wiang Pa Pow home joined a group of 7 other children in a choir tour of Korean churches -- performing special songs in their tribal languages and in Thai. 13 children from Asia's Hope Thailand just returned from a week-long trip throughout Korea. These extremely gifted children were selected by a local Korean pastor to tour his country, putting on special musical performances in their tribal languages and in Thai for 7 different churches.
They visited many different cities throughout the country, including Seoul, and they were even treated to a trip to an Amusement Park and, for the first time for many of these children, they had a chance to take a trip to the beach.
This was such a wonderful experience for these children: not only did they enjoy seeing another country, visiting large cities, and experiencing the love and support of their Korean brothers and sisters, but they also feel truly blessed and special -- for many, as Tutu, our National Director in Thailand put it, they could hardly believe that their experience wasn't just a wonderful dream.
Thank you to everyone who made this trip possible for these great kids!

The staff and children of Asia's Hope Thailand celebrated the accomplishments and hard work of 5 wonderful kids from our Doi Saket 1 home who graduated from high-school. Congratulations to all of our graduates--we are so proud of you! Thanks to everyone whose support, hard-work, encouragement, and prayers, helped to make this day possible.

Great things are in the works at Doi Saket 2. Even as the children settle back into their normal routine after the busy Christmas season, a group of talented musicians and singers from across Asia's Hope Thailand, including two children from Doi Saket 2, have been chosen to perform for a number of churches all across Korea. We are so excited for our kids!

We are so proud of our kids! As the children get back into their usual routine after the Christmas holiday, a group of 4 talented musicians and vocalists from Doi Saket 4 is preparing to join other children from Asia's Hope Thailand in a trip to perform for a number of churches across Korea. This is sure to be the experience of a lifetime for these wonderful kids.
