Prek Eng 4 -- March/April Update

The children enjoyed an extremely busy March and April: Easter celebrations, the Khmer New Year, the wedding of Srey Pich of Prek Eng 1, and, for some, the traditional Khmer New Year's trip to visit their home villages. Of course, a pig-roast and other special meals, and even a dance party, were in order.

Somehow the kids managed to study. Three of the children, 2 ninth graders and a seventh grader, received extremely high class ranks for this semester.

As you keep the kids in your thoughts and prayers this month, please pray especially for two for the 12th graders who will graduate high-school this year and take the all important graduation exams -- there is much riding on these exams, so please pray for the kids as they prepare.
